What is a teleseminar?
Teleseminars happen over the telephone. They are essentially a large conference
call. The live audio is delivered direct to your office over the telephone to
provide clear, reliable sound quality. You'll also get handouts to follow along
with the presentation. The program is live and interactive. Use a speakerphone,
or have each person connect from their own phone. Perfect for sale reps situated in remote locations.
How does this all work?
You'll call a designated number (which you receive a few days before the
teleseminar in an email). You listen and participate from wherever you'd like and have a
phone.
Is this just
lecture, or can I ask questions? Because of the large number of
participants on the call, Art asks for questions from
participants be emailed in advance of the program, and he answers some at at
appropriate points in the seminar. In this session, there will also be a segment
where participants work on their openings.
Do I have to be on a computer?
Is this a webinar? No. This teleseminar is NOT conducted via the Internet or
computer. You will download and interact with your visuals, which will be your
handouts.
Will I be given a
toll free number to call? You will be given a number to call in Texas,
which is a conference call provider. You are responsible for the small
investment for the call,
which will appear on your long distance phone bill as a regular long distance
call. No other charges are tacked on to the call, just whatever your long
distance company charges you for a call to Texas. We don't make any money
whatsoever off the long distance call.
What if I need to cancel? You
may assign someone to attend in your place, or you can receive credit for a
future teleseminar, or you can opt to get the CD of the session.
